Synopsis

Di bidang perbankan, keberhasilan lembaga keuangan tidak hanya bergantung pada faktor ekonomi dan regulasi, tetapi juga pada aspek sosial yang sering kali kurang mendapat perhatian. Buku ini mengupas secara mendalam peran modal sosial—kepercayaan, jaringan sosial, dan norma—dalam membangun sistem perbankan yang stabil, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan. 

Dengan analisis yang komprehensif, buku ini menunjukkan bagaimana hubungan antara petugas kredit dan nasabah tidak sekadar transaksi bisnis, tetapi juga interaksi sosial yang dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kepercayaan dan keterlibatan komunitas.
