Synopsis

Kawasan industri memegang peran vital dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi, tidak hanya sebagai pusat produksi tetapi juga sebagai tempat berbagai layanan bisnis beroperasi. Di era global ini, kualitas pelayanan menjadi salah satu kunci utama untuk memenangkan persaingan dan mempertahankan keberlanjutan bisnis. Transformasi pelayanan yang efektif tidak hanya mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, tetapi juga membangun loyalitas yang kuat, yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif pada kinerja keseluruhan perusahaan.

Buku ini dirancang untuk memberikan kajian komprehensif tentang pentingnya transformasi pelayanan di kawasan industri. Melalui analisis menyeluruh, studi kasus, dan contoh praktis, diharapkan pembaca dapat memahami strategi dan langkah konkret yang dapat diambil untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.
